Learners who enjoy immersion learning instead of textbook learning.  Learners who simply love to sing and who are willing to challenge themselves, make mistakes, troubleshoot difficulties, and build connections. No prior experience is necessary, but a desire to sing a variety of songs and a willingness to learn and grow is ideal.
